1. Purpose of Processing
We process personal data for authentication, service delivery, support responses, and optional marketing communication.
2. Data Categories & Retention
Required data (e.g., email and name) is retained only for service operation and legal/compliance purposes.
3. Business Idea and Output Protection
Business ideas, target customers, problem statements, Lean Canvas, PRD, requirements, landing copy, PSST drafts, and other project data are processed only to provide the service and to support the user’s own save, export, and sharing actions. We do not publish or reuse this information as third-party marketing material except where the user explicitly shares it, where legally required, or where disclosed for participant verification and settlement. If a public share link is created, anyone with the link may view the content, so users should review sensitive ideas before sharing.
4. Third-party Provision
Data is provided to third parties only where legally required or with prior user consent. For Modu Startup participants, minimum information such as name, email, application/use status, and settlement information may be provided to Sejong Center for Creative Economy & Innovation, Modu Startup operating organizations, KISED, or related operators for participant verification, support operation, settlement, and reporting. Users may refuse this provision, but dedicated participant access or settlement verification may be limited.
5. Outsourced Processing
Cloud hosting, authentication, payment, email delivery, support, and other operational tasks may be outsourced under strict data protection controls.
6. Children Under 14
This service is not intended for children under 14. If such use is confirmed, access may be restricted or data may be deleted until guardian consent is verified.
7. Data Subject Rights
Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, and withdrawal of marketing consent at any time.
