Acceptance of Terms and Privacy Policy is required at sign-up. Marketing consent is optional.
4. User Obligations
Users must not impersonate others, disrupt service operations, or violate applicable laws.
5. Intellectual Property
User-generated outputs belong to users. Company assets remain the property of the company.
6. Liability & Disputes
Liability is limited as permitted by law, especially for force majeure and user-caused damages.
