These terms govern your use of the Star-t AI service.

1. Purpose
These terms define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the company and users.
2. Service Scope
We provide AI-powered business design, MVP validation, and related document generation services.
3. Sign-up & Consent
Acceptance of Terms and Privacy Policy is required at sign-up. Marketing consent is optional.
4. User Obligations
Users must not impersonate others, disrupt service operations, or violate applicable laws.
5. Paid Service & Provision Period
Paid plans are online SaaS subscriptions. Access starts immediately after payment and continues for the selected monthly or yearly subscription period.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Subscription cancellation can be requested through account settings or customer support. Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of the first paid charge and processed after payment and usage review.
7. Exchange & Delivery
This is a digital service with no physical delivery. Product exchanges are not provided for digital content and online subscriptions.
8. Intellectual Property
User-generated outputs belong to users. Company assets remain the property of the company.
9. Liability & Disputes
Liability is limited as permitted by law, especially for force majeure and user-caused damages.

- 결제 완료 후 회원 계정에서 즉시 이용 가능하며, 제공기간은 선택한 구독 기간(월간/연간)에 따릅니다.
- 배송 안내
- 실물 배송이 없는 디지털 서비스이므로 별도 배송기간은 없습니다.
- 교환 정책
- 디지털 콘텐츠 및 온라인 구독 서비스 특성상 상품 교환은 제공하지 않습니다.
- 취소 정책
- 구독 취소는 계정 설정 또는 고객센터 문의를 통해 요청할 수 있으며, 취소 후 다음 결제일부터 갱신되지 않습니다.
- 환불 정책
- 첫 유료 결제 후 7일 이내 환불 요청이 가능하며, 사용 이력과 결제 상태 확인 후 결제 취소 및 구독 해지를 처리합니다.
- 비회원 구매
- 구독 관리, 사용량 부여, 산출물 보관을 위해 유료 플랜 구매 시 회원가입 및 로그인이 필요합니다.
- 결제수단
- 신용카드 결제는 승인된 PG 결제창에서 제공되며, 결제창 노출 여부는 PG 운영 환경 설정 완료 후 최종 확인합니다.
