Refund Policy
This page explains the refund rules for Star-t AI paid subscriptions.

1. 7-day refund window
Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of the first paid charge. After validation, the payment is canceled and the subscription is terminated.
2. Eligible payment
Refunds are processed against the most recent completed payment. Already refunded or missing payment records are not eligible.
3. Account state after refund
After a successful refund, the payment is marked as refunded, the subscription is canceled, and the account returns to the Free state.
4. Service provision period
Paid plans become available immediately after payment and continue for the selected monthly or yearly subscription period.
5. Cancellation policy
Subscriptions can be canceled through account settings or customer support. After cancellation, the plan will not renew from the next billing date.
6. Exchange and delivery
AI MVP Builder is an online digital service with no physical delivery period. Product exchanges are not provided for digital content and online subscriptions.
7. Limitations
Payments older than 7 days are outside the automatic refund window. Legal exceptions or withdrawal restrictions may apply.

- 취소 정책
- 구독 취소는 계정 설정 또는 고객센터 문의를 통해 요청할 수 있으며, 취소 후 다음 결제일부터 갱신되지 않습니다.
- 환불 정책
- 첫 유료 결제 후 7일 이내 환불 요청이 가능하며, 사용 이력과 결제 상태 확인 후 결제 취소 및 구독 해지를 처리합니다.
- 비회원 구매
- 구독 관리, 사용량 부여, 산출물 보관을 위해 유료 플랜 구매 시 회원가입 및 로그인이 필요합니다.
- 결제수단
- 신용카드 결제는 승인된 PG 결제창에서 제공되며, 결제창 노출 여부는 PG 운영 환경 설정 완료 후 최종 확인합니다.
